Browns tight end David Njoku was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list last week, as were punter Jamie Gillan and LB Anthony Walker Jr.
Without those trio of players, Cleveland was able to hang on for a 24-22 victory over the Baltimore Ravens. The Browns are now tied with the Cincinnati Bengals at 7-6 and are one game behind the Ravens for first place in the AFC North.
The Browns are scheduled to play the Las Vegas Raiders at 4:30 p.m. ET on Sunday.
