Bobby Lashley Injured And Replaced In WWE King Of The Ring Tournament
Joe Camporeale-USA TODAY Sports

The 2024 WWE King of the Ring sees another change with the removal of Bobby Lashley due to a recent injury.

On Monday, Drew McIntyre was pulled from the King of the Ring tournament before RAW due to injury and was replaced by Jey Uso. Unfortunately, that isn’t the only change this tournament has seen this week.

SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis took to social media this afternoon to announce that Bobby Lashley was injured training this week ahead of his King of the Ring matchup against Tama Tonga.

Aldis went on to state that Lashley isn’t medically cleared to compete tomorrow night on SmackDown. Due to this, Lashley has been replaced by his stablemate Angelo Dawkins of the Street Profits.

As of this writing, it’s unknown if this is a legitimate injury or part of a future storyline for Lashley.

Stay tuned to WrestleZone for more information on Bobby Lashley’s injury status as it becomes available.
